The stunning transformation of an old bank into a modern hotel sets a unique ambiance. Highlights include exceptional staff, especially Chuck, who provided outstanding service, and enjoyable breakfast options served in the old bank vault. The complimentary Wi-Fi reached impressive speeds, making it perfect for work. However, the gym equipment was sticky, and the TV was static-filled with limited channels. Overall, a memorable experience with a blend of historic charm and modern convenience.

Great fit for a transient stop in Columbus for the price. The staff was really accommodating and kind during my stay. Be ready for a bit of noise if you’re by the elevator area.

The stay was fantastic, especially after a fun bachelorette night. The Large Two-Bedroom Suite offered plenty of space, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was great, with decent options that helped us recharge for more adventures. We loved that everything we wanted, from dining and drinks to dancing, was within walking distance, making it so easy to explore the area further.

Unique historical environment with decent amenities
I loved the unique architecture of the hotel, especially the historical details preserved from its days as a bank. The Queen Studio with Sofa Bed was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a nice variety, although I wish there were more fresh options available. However, some of the facilities were a bit worn, and I encountered a few cleanliness issues in the room that could use improvement.

The Queen Studio with Sofa Bed was spacious and comfortable. I loved having a full kitchen—way bigger than I expected! The bed had a new mattress, which felt great. The only downside was the air conditioner being a bit noisy and the elevators being a little dark. Overall, it was a cozy spot to relax in after my busy days.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our visit to the nearby Ohio Theatre was fantastic, and the kids loved the spacious room layout with a sofa bed. The overall vibe was great for a family stay.
My children wanted better breakfast options for picky eaters.

Recommend it for a cozy stay
The breakfast was served in this unique old bank vault which really added a cool vibe to my mornings. And the staff were genuinely warm and accommodating like when DJ helped with my heavy bags, I appreciated that.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly worth it for the experience.
